Bob is a solar energy investor and enthusiast. A native Charlottean, Bob helped found Standard Solar, Inc. - the largest solar energy system installation company in the Washington, DC/MD area. Standard Solar has installed several systems in the Charlotte area and Bob has a 2.5 kW grid tied solar PV system on his Myers Park home. While not promoting solar energy, Bob is a corporate training consultant and part time air charter pilot.
