Tim works for Talbot & Associates, a provider of sustainable mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs, as head of the sustainable design department. He has been in the HVAC engineering and commissioning industry for eighteen years. Designing mechanical systems for a wide range of buildings from office buildings to microelectronics production facilities to custom homes, Tim has been designing practical, energy efficient systems that meet the client’s needs. He is a member of the Charlotte Chapter of the US Green Building Counsel (USBGC) and the American Society of Heating Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineers (ASHRAE).
