Eric is Southern Energy Management's director of business development. He spent the last 28 years building businesses in the residential and commercial real estate arenas. During that time, he also worked for several years as a strategic business analyst and consultant in the solar industry. Among his accomplishments, Eric formed Kol–Dahl Construction, which focused on the preservation of historic properties in the Boston area. He successfully managed the growth of Kol–Dahl from a small start–up into successful company with 60 employees in just over two years.

Eric is an admitted technology and gadget junkie. His passions include spending time with his family, marine biology and scuba diving.
