S&ME’s Julie L. Bennett, PG, RBP, offers more than a dozen years of experience overcoming the environmental obstacles to successful site development.

Ms. Bennett has worked with attorneys, bankers, developers, owners, regulatory agencies, and project design teams conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, negotiating brownfield agreements, remediating brownfield sites, and consulting with the development of brownfield sites in several states.

A Professional Geologist and a Registered Brownfield Professional, Ms. Bennett is a Project Manager for S&ME, Inc., an award-winning engineering, testing and environmental services firm with 22 offices throughout the Southeast. Ms. Bennett is a member of the Institute of Brownfield Professionals.
